Rick Bridgeman - G-17

Rick began racing hydroplanes in 1990 in 5 Liter stock competition, but quickly moved up to Grand National Hydroplane. When Unlimited Lights were launched in 1995, his team moved up and was a consistently solid competitor while racing only the west coast events. In 2003, with the recently acquired former GP101 hull sporting a dazzling black, yellow and red paint scheme, the Bridgeman's decided to race the entire UL circuit.

In 2005 Rick will debut in the American Challenge Cup Series after extensive restructuring of their hull to meet the ACCS class specifications.

Dustin Echols - UL-17

Dustin, 25 who resides in  Duvall Washington with his wife Rena,  will pilot the Ron Jones Jr., new UL17 in the upcoming 2006 season.  Dustin was introduced to racing at a young age by his parents Mark and Shelley Echols . At the early age of 6  he raced flat track dirt bikes and has won many off-road events since.  His first hydro race was in 1990 at the age of 9.  He raced in the Outboard division competing in several different classes.  He won seven outboard high point Championships in 13 years.  In 2004, Dustin moved to the Inboard Division competing in the 2.5 Liter Modified Class.  Since then he has won 2 World Championships, 1 National Championship, and broke a world record that had stood for over 16 years.
